Arturo Vieiro Yanes

Llicenciat en Matemàtiques el curs 2002-2003 per la Universitat de Barcelona, vaig finalitzar els estudis de Doctorat el juliol de 2009.

Actualment sóc Professor Agregat (Associate Lecturer) a la Facultat de Matemàtiques i Informàtica de la Universitat de Barcelona.

He impartit diversos cursos de càlcul numèric, sistemes dinàmics, anàlisi matemàtica, estadística, programació científica,... a nivell de grau. També imparteixo classes d'algebra lineal numèrica en el master "Data Science" de la Facultat de Matemàtiques i Informàtica.

Estic interessat en el camp dels sistemes dinàmics en general i, en particular, en dinàmica Hamiltoniana, aplicacions simplèctiques, escissió de separatrius, teoria de bifurcacions, caoticitat, pertorbacions feblement dissipatives, dinàmica d'atractors estranys i mètodes numèrics adaptats a l'estudi de sistemes dinàmics.
